As the man drove me in his car, the tension in me dropped.

But it was only for a moment.

I soon became the more frightened as we got to his house, a very big mansion.

What arose the fear in me was when I noticed that he lived there all alone. No wife; no children.

He showed me to a room where I would spend the night.

In a few minutes time he brought me meal. It was rice. Attached with the rice was a very big meat that looked so scary.

I was hungry but too afraid to touch the meal.

After about 10 minutes, he walked in.

“You havn’t touched the food?” he asked, then left.

After about another 10 minutes difference, he checked again, asking the same question.

I became really more afraid.

He seemed to be more concerned about the meal.

When he left, I raised the bed up and then poured meal under. That was the craziest thing I’ve ever done.

He came again, to get the plates. I pretended to be asleep.

That night, I was conscious of what was happening all through.

In the middle of the night, I heard voices.

Male and female Voices.

They talked for hours, in very low tone.

But I was able to figure out these words, “Convince him; don’t force him.”

But I really had no idea.

As early as about 05:00am, the man had woken me up.

He told me to follow him to his pastor’s house. He said some other things which were vague to me.

All the while, I was just thinking through the words, “Convince him; don’t force him.”

His behaviour was getting me so scared.

There was something strange about the man.

As I tried to enter the front seat of his car, he quickly ordered me to stay at the back seat. He almost yelled.

He was uneasy.

He went inside the house. He seemed to have forgotten something.

I noticed something in the front seat.

Three knives, wrapped in a sheet.

Then I saw a human finger. It was so scary.

Still trembling in fear, I jumped out of the car.

Then out of the gate.

Then out into hiding.

He vroomed his car and sped off.

It seemed like he didn’t notice I had disappeared.

I ran, as fast as my legs could carry me.

I was breathing heavily. I paused to take a rest.

Next thing is that I found myself screaming at the top of my voice. I was bitten by a snake.

I was just so unfortunate.
