VeryDarkMan Launches NGO, Raises ₦21.6m Within 24 Hours

Popular Nigerian activist and social critic, VeryDarkMan, has done it again! This time, he’s making waves after raising a whopping ₦21.6 million within just 24 hours of launching his new NGO. The goal? To transform the crumbling public education system in Nigeria.

In a viral video shared on social media, VeryDarkMan was full of gratitude for the massive outpouring of support. He said, “It’s barely 24 hours since I announced my NGO, and if I tell you how much is in that account now, you won’t believe it. I saw love and support from amounts like ₦72, ₦100, ₦22, ₦500.” The majority of donations came from everyday Nigerians who, despite financial challenges, were eager to contribute to a cause that hits close to home.

What’s even more heartwarming is how these contributions came from both small and large donations. VeryDarkMan revealed that while there were significant donations of ₦2 million and ₦1 million, it was the smaller contributions that truly moved him. He shared, “I got one donation with a note saying ‘I love you because you’re crazy,’ and it was just ₦100. That’s love.” This speaks volumes about the trust Nigerians have in him to bring positive change.

But it’s not just about raising money; VeryDarkMan is determined to set a new standard of transparency in the Nigerian NGO sector. He has openly criticized the way many NGOs operate, accusing them of mismanaging funds and using donations for personal gain. In his own words, “These contributions have opened my eyes to how many NGOs are scamming people in this country… With my NGO, I’ll make sure to expose them by being fully transparent. If I spend ₦10, I’ll let the public know.” This level of openness is something Nigerians desperately need, and VeryDarkMan is leading the charge.

So, what’s the plan for the ₦21.6 million? VeryDarkMan has big dreams of reviving Nigeria’s failing public education system. He believes that by introducing new teaching methods, technology, and more vibrant, younger teachers, public schools can become a place of excitement and growth for students. He’s also pushing for more vocational training, so that students can learn practical skills early on, setting them on a path to success in life.

This is just the beginning, and with the support of Nigerians behind him, VeryDarkMan is on a mission to bring lasting change to the country’s educational landscape. As he continues to raise funds, he’s encouraging everyone to keep the momentum going and be part of the movement for a brighter future.
